Our building has long been part of Houma’s business community. Many locals remember it as the former Kwick Kopy building, a company that served Terrebonne Parish for more than 50 years. For generations, business owners walked through these doors to launch companies, print plans, build relationships, and contribute to the growth of our local economy.
That history became the foundation for our vision.

Do I need to book in advance?Day offices and conference rooms can generally be booked the day of; however, offices require the full-day rate. Our Conference room is free for tenants and is available to any member of the community in two-hour blocks.

Is the space accessible 24/7?Colab's business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM. An entry code key will be sent to you 30 minutes prior to your booked time. Tenants who have leased offices have 24/7 access.
